United Health Care's plans have a unique feature, with their decreasing deductible. The way that it works, each year, if the deductible is not met, it is reduced by 20%, until it hits 50% of the starting deductible. Whenever the deductible is met, it is met for that year and will go back to the starting value, but because of this feature their higher deductible plans with the lowest premiums end up having a very low deductible if you stay healthy, and a much lower than average premium.
